'21 receiver Hetzel, 6-3 receiver with physical presence and talent

  1. @JacksonHetzel
    6-3, 195, WR/OLB, 2021, Francis Howell

    Style of play
Jackson – I would describe my play as very physical. I love to go up and get the ball as I am a taller wide receiver.

  2. The most influential person
Jackson -in my life is my dad. He always pushes me and wants me to reach my full potential.
    My most influential coach
Jackson – is my wide receivers coach (Coach Muench)
    Athletic Relatives
Jackson -I have multiple relatives that have played football at the college level. One of them being Cole Sigmund (played at University of Indianapolis). My other cousin Michael Hetzel is a senior in high school and holds many offers to play at the collegiate level.
    Offseason goals
Jackson -A goal I have in the off season is to gain 20 lbs while also gaining speed. If I want to play at the next level I am going to have to keep getting faster and stronger every year.
    The most memorable game
Jackson – for me was my sophomore year against Fort Zumwalt West. It was first responders’ night for my school and we had the greatest atmosphere I have ever played in. We came out and were able to execute and play a really good game all around.
    College interest
Jackson -I have had a good amount of college interest. As of right now I am blessed to have an offer from Missouri Southern State University. That being said, I have gone on visits to Missouri State and South East Missouri State. This weekend I will going on a junior day visit to Northern Illinois University.
    Pre Game Ritual
Jackson -A pre-game ritual I have is a prayer with my team. We pray that everyone stays safe and is injury free.
    My favorite song
Jackson -as of right now is Brothers by Bankrol Hayden.
    My favorite class
Jackson – in school is Computer Science
    My favorite NFL
Jackson – player is Baker Mayfield
    My biggest weight room accomplishment
Jackson – for me is just constant progress as I increase weight in bench , squat, power clean, etc.
A teammate of mine that could be a star at the next level
Jackson – is my twin Gus HetzelGus

    .
    My hardest working team mate
Jackson – on my team is Matt Ruder. He is a straight work horse .
A player to keep an eye on next year
Jackson – for my team is James Canul. He unfortunately had a season ending injury last year but has made a full recovery and is now working very hard in the weight room.
