Nick Bova

Power Ball: 30, Broad Jump: 8’5, Shuttle: 4.29, 40-Yard Dash: 4.52
Bova is a good looking playmaker in the super sophomore class for Troy-Buchanan, had a very good combine outing at the 6Star Football Combine in St. Louis. Bova posted a 4.52 mark in the 40 yard dash, had a 4.29 in the shuttle, and an 8’5 distance in the broad jump. One of the top players in the area, Bova earned 1st Team All Conference and All District honors as a DB. Bova finished off a very impressive 2020 season with 98 total tackles, 68 solo, had an INT and on offense added 700 yards rushing and had 114 receiving yards,191 return yards and scored four TDs.
Tre’Vionne Brown, 5’8, 158, DB, 2023, Omaha North (Neb.) @TrevionneB1
Power Ball: 24’8, Broad Jump: 8’4, Shuttle: 4.62, 40-Yard Dash: 4.82
One of the most athletic play makers in the Nebraska super sophomore class, Tre’Vionne Brown is an excellent and impressive athlete that has the makings of being a very good one for Omaha North. Brown is an athlete with a big upside and a player that can be a game changing type of DB that really shows he excels at being a speedy playmaker, good set of hands and a guy whose speed can be too much to handle. No doubt one of the top class of ‘23 play making athletes to watch out for in Nebraska.
Samuel Cross
, 5’8, 161, DB, 2023, St. Dominic @SammyC3122
Power Ball: 30, Broad Jump: 9’0, Shuttle: 4.22, 40-Yard Dash: 4.81
Cross is a big time younger play coming up in the super sophomore class at St. Dominic, Cross is a big time play maker that had a good 9’0 mark (tied for fifth best among all DBs) in the broadjump and a 4.22 shuttle among some of his most impressive marks at the 6Star Football Combine. Cross is one of those players that can be a two way impact maker and on the offensive side of the football Cross is a very slippery runner with good vision and a very hard back to make a good tackle on. Cross is a very impressive class of ‘23 athlete with a huge upside and is a player that has two more huge seasons in front of him.
Robert Jones
, 5’8, 145, DB, 2023, Duchesne @RobertJones2023
Power Ball: 28’7, Broad Jump: 8’5, 40-Yard Dash: 4.40
No doubt Jones, a player that had the fastest 40 yard dash time among all defensive backs at the 6Star Football Combine, a wow 4.40 time (tops among all DBs at the combine), proved he is one of the true speed guy and is a guy that can make some big plays with that speed. Also when you recognize that Jones is only a sophomore and running 4.40 times, you can see he could be a very highly touted speed get for the next level needed that elite speed to be a major playmaker in their secondary units. Is a player that combines speed, physical play and an all out aggressive style of play that is very impressive.
Elijah Stevens, 5’9, 173, DB, 2024, Rockwood Summit @ElijahStevens20
Power Ball: 25.5, Broad Jump: 8’6, Shuttle: 4.04, 40-Yard Dash: 4.71
One of the impressive fab freshman, and one of the youngest but also most impressive competitors at the 6Star Football Combine in St. Louis, Stevens had a huge 4.04 time (tops among all DBs) in the shuttle and had a very good 8’6 mark in the broad jump as well. Stevens is a young up and coming player for Rockwood Summit and one of those guys that can really use his speed on both sides of the football and also can be an outside edge speed threat that can make up some huge yards.
