Cade Brown

Parsons will look to use some younger and up and coming talent to make their defense tough in 2021 and Brown could be the tops in the Parsons young and impressive fab freshman class from this past 2020 season. Brown, 6-1, 185 has some good backer size and is a relentless beast in the middle when he is on the field knows how to make the big plays. Has proven to be a very versatile athlete who can play anywhere on the football field and has played multiple skill positions. Offense tight end, slot receiver, and running back. On defense MLB, and D-line. Watch out for the big timer and good looking LB from Parsons.
Kyler Craig, 5’10, 180, LB, 2024, Liberty @KylerCraigg2024
Craig is a hard-working player who continues to put in the time in the off-season. He has a good feel for the defensive side of the ball and is constantly working to improve his overall strength and conditioning. He has improved technique as well and has been able to perform well against strong competition and opponents who have several years and more experience. A three sport athlete who can also be found playing baseball and on the hardwood.
John Gadwood

Following a long line of big time Derby impressive defensive standouts, the freshman from Derby will be one of the next in line for playing time and experience and the 6-1, 200 pound LB has a nice frame with both some height and weight to the position. Gadwood is a player that can make some huge things happen, Gadwood is one of the young weight room warriors that can really make it happen in the weight room. His power and strength is big time impressive already as a freshman and early signs show Gadwood could be one of the next powerful play makers in the heart of the big time Derby defensive unit.
Jasen Grammer, 5’8, 170, LB, 2025, DeSoto @jasengrammer
One of the most impressive up and coming class of 2025 players that can make some big plays in the middle, Grammer is a player that has a big upside for DeSoto and one of those guys that we think has a lot of physical tools to be a good one in the coming years for DeSoto. Grammer not only can play LB but also can move up and play DE or play the OL as well. Versatility could also be a key aspect to his game and skillset. Class of 2025 player coming up the ranks to know.
Brock Griffin

One of the class of 2024 young up and coming play makers in the heart of the Chase County defensive unit, Griffin has the makings of being a guy that will have a very fine career and with three big seasons left his chances of being a top notch impact maker are high indeed. No doubt a team that has some players to watch out for and Griffin could be the top chart topper in the entire group. A good looking hard hitting young backer that will look to be a good one in 2021.
Jaren Heim

One of the freshman that can do some nice things for the Washburn Rural defense, the 6-0, 165 freshman will look to be a key element to the heart of the Washburn Rural defense and is a player with a big upside. 97 tackles and four forced fumbles for the big time tackling machine and a player that has the speed and ability to make big time plays all over the field.
JC Heim, 6’2, 185, LB, 2024, Washburn Rural @heim_jc
No doubt the Heim’s are big time defensive standouts coming up through the ranks at Washburn Rural, both LBs that cover the field well and run well, JC is bigger at 6-2, 185 pounds and could be a great size super sophomore backer to take major notice of in 2021. No doubt will join the very talented Washburn Rural middle part of the defense and be a player that can make some big time plays. Watch out for the sophomore to be as a key factor in 2021 on defense.
Matthew Lewis

Lewis is a thin prospect with good height who has been working hard this offseason. He’s a three sport athlete who has been pushing himself with his strength training in the weightroom and he also continues to work on his conditioning as well. A good athlete who has good speed and can see time in multiple positions as he has good hand eye coordination.
Owen Robertson

A player who has good size for his age, Robertson is a player to keep your eyes on who can make good hits on the move. He has the ability to get to the ball well and he can see plays well and looks to make good decisions in space. A player who is looking to earn some playing time and is pushing himself and looking to improve where he can.
