One of the top talents that raised his profile at the 6Star Football Showcase, a name to know entering 2023, hot QB with size, Baker had a 30.3 inch vertical to place him among the top 10 for QBs in a very large group of QBs at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph. Blue Valley North QB and 6-4, 200 prospect Benjamin Baker is one of the risers among top play making junior QB prospects to know in Kansas football and a player that has impressed us in a big way in 2022. Baker went 74 for 104 for a very accurate rate of short-medium 71%, among tops for QBs in Kansas football in 2022. Baker overall went 81 for 141 passing for a clip of 57% for 950 yards passing, 4 touchdowns and added 21 yards rushing in just 4 1/2 games played. One of the names to know in the 2024 QB class entering his senior season in 2023. A standout student, Baker reports a 3.6 GPA.

A QB that has good size and looked like one of the better athletes at the QB position in attendance at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph, Bollen was a top 10 QB in the broad jump with a distance of 104 inches. One of the top dual threat looking QB prospects to know coming up in Nebraska football, this guy has the potential to be one of the guys that can really make a big impact in the coming years for Lincoln SE and is a dual threat strong arm and quick feet make the pay the price athlete. Bollen has impressive size at 6-2, 160 and is regarded as a player that is poised and has a power arm to take some big notice of.

Casey was one of the top looking sophomores at QB at the 6Star Football Showcase and the Treynor High QB tied for second best vertical among QBs in a huge field of QBs with a mark of 31.6 inches. One of the very impressive risers to know among Iowa QB prospects to have on the radar. A young QB coming out of Treynor, Iowa, 5-10, 165 and a player looking to have an offensive impact more and more in 2023, Casey will be a sophomore that will be a guy who could be an arm to watch for in the coming year on a team that will be looking for more and more sophomores to make big impacts on the offense in the coming year.

Treynor’s senior QB had all the makings of being among the top athletes at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph and finished in the top 2 among all QBs in all three combine events to impress in a big time way. Dirks was tops among all QBs with a vertical of 32.5 inches, and tied for second in both the 40 yard dash (4.89) and the broad jump (108 inches). Dirks is one of the senior QBs in Iowa to watch out for, this Treynor QB had five touchdowns on the season and was a very impressive looking speed QB and creator with the football in his hands this season, Dirks is one of those guys that is a very good leader and can make throws with a good arm, a smart player and a senior on the QB radar to know in Iowa football.

A very impressive looking QB that raised his profile at the 6Star Football Showcase, Dorsey showed a very strong arm and had a 102 inch broad jump as a QB that looked like a big junior talent on the radar to know. Dorsey has been one of the on fire arms in the Kansas junior class this season at Wellsville and has passed for 1838 passing yards, 25 TDs, 154 rushing yards, 2 TDs. He earned 1st Team All-League and All-Area honors also. A player whose arm is very lively and on mark. Dorsey is a very mobile QB in the pocket with active feet and can create and make some big time plays by buying a lot of time, can be a scrambling QB that can throw off balance or on the run, a top under pressure QB prospect also in the 2024 Kansas QB class to know. A standout student, Dorsey reports a 4.0 GPA.

Kemp was one of the top looking sophomore arms at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph and is a QB that is a top talent on the radar to take notice of. Had several very impressive throws and is one of the hot QBs to take notice of in the Kansas ‘25 class. Early QB alert, Maize may have another one on the rise as a major talent and big arm to know in Drew Kemp, a player that has made the most of his time on the football field this year with some big passing plays and showing off another very strong arm to really take some major notice of as a junior in 2023, Kemp will be a player that will be looking to really have a monster season in 2023 and is a player who looked smooth and poised as a sophomore in the regular season this year for Maize. Drew played only half of eight games and had 1,251 all-purpose yards and 12 TDs.

One of the top looking players among sophomores at the 6Star Football Showcase, McNew also earned a FINALS invite as one of the top looking arms and throwers at the Showcase and is a top radar maker in the state among QBs to know. Never to early to start looking at the stars at QB in Kansas football and Maize South has a dandy in strong armed hot prospect Tate McNew. McNew has one of the elite arms in the state and is a player that has already etched himself as one of the top looking throwers regardless of class in Kansas football. McNew had a huge year and ended the regular season with 2145 yards tops for class 5A football, had 17 passing TDs, and a 105 QBR rating on 162 of 273 passes for a completion mark of 59%.

A very talented junior that looked like one of the standouts at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph and is a guy that has high expectations for a big senior season in 2023. McPherson is a 6-3, 178 long and impressive looking arm out of Campus High School in Wichita and a name to know that does a nice job of seeing the entire field and then making the best throws down the field. McPherson also can play some WR and has that extra speed that can make him a versatile offensive threat on any play. McPherson is a fast player on the field that should be a great go to weapon this year in class 6A AVCTL action.

One of the guys ready to step into the action at Bishop Miege and a guy that showed a very strong arm at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph. Rodruguez is a player that was among the tops for QB athletes and had the fourth best vertical among QBs at 31.3 inches. Rodriguez had a top 10 mark in the broad jump among QBs also with a 104 inch mark. One of the up and coming players at Bishop Miege coming up, with the graduation of Mac Armstrong this year in 2023 the Stags will be looking for a new QB to lead the team and one of those arms and QBs will be this sophomore and tall 6-4 arm Marco Rodriguez. Also a standout student, Rodriguez reports a 3.8 GPA.

One of the top looking QBs and arms at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph, Van Dyke is a big arm and a big time talent to know that is among the top looking arms out there in Nebraska’s 2025 class. Van Dyke was one of the top arms we saw at the 6Star Football Showcase in Nebraska this past season and is one of the elite looking arms in the state, this Skutt Catholic sophomore QB is a play maker that use his quick release well and distribute the football well. A player that is very active in the pocket and a lefty that can laser the ball in there for a lot of key offensive plays to make the big plays happen. Van Dyke had 15 passing touchdowns through 7 games and 2 rushing touchdowns. 538 passing yards through 5 games. and went 30 for 45 on completions.

A player that keeps raising his profile and is a top looking arm on the radar to know, VanDonge had a nice showing at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph and tied for the second best broad jump among QBs with a mark of 108 inches. VanDonge tied for fifth best vertical among QBs with a mark of 31.2 inches. A QB that had a big junior season and one of the names to know among junior QBs. One of the QBs we have been lucky enough to see several times and you can just tell, he has that it factor, knows the game well and has a great feel for how to make the big throws happen when needed. One of those play makers that has a very good arm and is getting better and better each week with more impressive big time throws down the field. VanDonge had junior season highlights of 1604 passing yards and 15 TDs with 190 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns. Also a standout student, VanDonge reports a 4.1 GPA.

One of the most productive and hottest arms in Kansas junior QB class, Zimmerman picked apart defenses all season long as a major thrower and top looking talent at QB, Zimmerman had a huge total of 2595 passing yards and a big time 28 TD’s going 189 for 319 for an impressive 60% accuracy mark and added 128 rushing yards and had five rushing touchdowns as well. Also a standout student, Zimmerman reports a 3.7 GPA. A player that raised his profile at the 6Star Football Showcase in St. Joseph and one of the hotter prospects on the junior radar among Kansas QBs for the 2023 season.
