One of the Tulsa area’s top players we see coming up through the ranks is freshman phenom Jack Puckett of Bixby, class of ’22.
The middle linebacker and tight end played on all special teams as a freshman and looks to become more of a part of the action when the 19 season approaches. Look for him to become one of the names you think about when you look at Bixby football in the coming seasons. He brings an aggressive style of play on every play but also plays very smart and under control.
Six Star Football – Most influential person
Jack – is probably my dad.
Six Star Football – What camps did you attend and what did you improve upon over the offseason
Jack – I didn’t attend any camps this summer before my freshman season. I worked out with the varsity team all summer. I feel I improved over the summer on my overall intensity when I play or workout.
Six Star football – pre-game ritual
Jack – was to go to both my offensive/defensive meeting, then pray and focus in before we took the field.
Six Star football – Favorite song
Jack – “calling my spirit” bye Kodak black
Six Star football – Favorite class
Jack – is Geometry
Six Star football – Biggest weight room accomplishment
Jack – I personally think my biggest weight room accomplishment is power cleaning 225, it just meant the most to me because we have a “club 225” where your name gets put on a banner.
Six Star football – Teammate could be college star
Jack – Braylin Presley is a teammate of mine that could be a big star at the next level.
Six Star football – hardest working teammate
Jack – My hardest working teammate is Zach Blankenship another freshman. Brody Sartin is a player to keep an eye on he’s probably the toughest player I know.
