William Burke

Lyman 2024 William Burke is recovering from injury and did a light walk through in Orlando, but has impressed with his size, athleticism and poise and has earned a reputation in the state as an up-and-coming prospect to watch in 2021. At 6’4, 180-pounds, Burke has the size to see downfield and has shown the ability to make a variety of throws from the pocket but is also showing some mobility as a scrambler and a rusher as well. Burke can hit receivers and RBs on short routes for quick first downs and can also find them in stride on crossing patterns across center field. He started six of 11 games as a sophomore last year and is poised for a breakthrough campaign in 2021.

Central Florida Christian 2024 QB Jacob Kania impressed with his performance in Windermere, earning an invitation to TheFinals All-America Showcase on Memorial Day Weekend. He had one of the top performances among QB prospects in the combine portion of the event, posting a 4.79 laser timed 40-yard dash, 9-3 broad jump and 4.60 pro agility. Kania is a smart QB who likes to stay in the pocket and make throws. He has a good arm, is very comfortable with big plays over top and he likes to stay in the pocket and make throws. That said, he shows good mobility and is able to escape pressure and make throws on the move and is also a physical rusher who can consistently move the ball. Last season he threw for 1,715 yards and had 18 passing touchdowns, five interceptions and threw for 190.6 yards per game. He also had 25 carries for 199 yards and averaged 8 yards per carry, 22 yards per game and had one rushing touchdown.

LaTour is an improving quarterback who has good rhythm and a clean release. He has some zip to his throws, a tight spiral and shows good accuracy and a good ability to process a defense and put the ball in a smart place for his receivers. He is listed at 6’2, 160-pounds and is light on his feet and it shows good overall arm strength. He can make throws on both sides of the field and is able to show some mobility as well and his movement doesn’t take away from his accuracy. An underrated QB and one who shows some real potential in his game given his arm strength and play making ability as a thrower. LaTour had a solid performance in the combine portion of the event, posting a 5.01 laser timed 40-yard dash, 9-1.5 broad jump and 4.84 pro agility.

Orlando Christian 2023 Vilay Nakkoun Jr continues to be among Central Florida’s most underrated prospects but his time is coming. The 6’0, 175-pound left hander showed off a powerful arm, smooth footwork and terrific accuracy throughout the RANKINGS ID event in Windermere. A dual threat QB who can beat an opponent with his arm as well as his legs, Nakkoun had the strongest performance in the combine portion of the event among quarterbacks, posting a 4.57 laser timed 40-yard dash,10-2 broad jump and 4.31 pro agility — all among the top marks at any position. He helped Orlando Christian go 10-2 last season, throwing for 1,305 yards, 20 TDs, completed 64 percent of his pass attempts and rushed for 344 yards and eight TDs. Nakkoun was one of just a handful of QB prospects at the event to earn an invitation to TheFinals All-America Showcase on Memorial Day Weekend.

Heritage 2024 QB Joseph Tenta impressed for a second time at a Six Star Football Showcase, this time dialing it up at Deputy Scott Pine Stadium in Windermere at the RANKINGS ID Showcase — impressing with a strong, physical frame, strong right arm and lots of confidence. Tenta got some varsity run a year ago for Heritage, playing in six games, completing 50% of his passes for 379 yards and four TDs Tenta was one of just a handful of QB prospects at the event to earn an invitation to TheFinals All-America Showcase on Memorial Day Weekend. Also a baseball player, Tenta is a strong student who reports a 4.1 GPA.

One of Florida’s most underrated QB prospects in the rising senior class, Lake Brantley Braxton Woodson showed off a wide range of tools at the RANKINGS ID Showcase in Windermere, and earned an invitation to TheFinals All-America Showcase on Memorial Day Weekend in the process, Woodson shows a smooth throwing motion, has a strong right arm and was able to cut through a blustery wind throughout the day, He has good size, athleticism and impressed in the combine portion of the event — running a 4.76 laser timed 40-yard dash, and posted a 9-9 broad jump. An impressive dual threat athlete who has a great combination of size, speed and overall athleticism, Woodson rushed for an impressive 1,240 yards and had 424 passing yards and 15 total touchdowns.as a junior. He has a terrific ability to create on the ground and is able to read a defense and fake them out in a variety of situations. He has a good arm and can make big throws and shows good decision making with the ball in his hands.Woodson has seen his recruiting profile take off, Woodson currently holds offers from Missouri State, Navy, Army, Air Force, Fordham, Massachusetts, Delaware, William & Mary and has received interest from a variety of other programs.
