Offseason goals
Joshua – I want to focus on foot work primarily and as always getting stronger

Joshua – of this season had to have been week 9 against St Charles west the DT was trash talking me all game and I had also had to play RT because our starter hurt himself and we won 42-35 so far
pre game ritual
Joshua -starts two nights before the game I stay up and watch film and look over my playbook then the night before I listen to calming music and use my back massage machine and stretch then during pre game meal u like to stay loose and laugh with my o line buddies then I put my headphones on and block everything else out
