▪️  SIX STAR FOOTBALL SCOUTING REPORT Wake had an  impressive season for Leavenworth as a two-way prospect, showing good playmaking skills on offense as a WR and on defense at free safety. He made 42 tackles, two forced fumbles, two recovered fumbles, and three pass break ups as a sophomore for the Pioneers. At 6’0, 175-pounds, Wake has good size  and a big frame that could add good muscle mass with age. He recorded strong performance in the combine portion of the Midwest Showcase, including in the broad jump with a 101 inch mark. Also a standout student, Wake reports a 4.0 GPA.

▪️  ANALYSIS  Wake is a young free safety that flies to the ball and makes strong, clean tackles. Isn’t afraid to make things happen at the line of scrimmage and making plays. Is terrific supporting the run game, tracks ballcarriers well and can close ground quickly on the edge. Plays the ball well in the air and can cover a lot of ground quickly. Shows some good coverage skills and closing speed. Is at his best supporting the run. Could make the move long term to OLB.

▪️ GREATEST STRENGTHS Tackling, football IQ, quickness.
