✅  SIX STAR FOOTBALL SCOUTING REPORT: A freshman DB/cornerback who plays with good technique, physicality, and mental processing. A lean and athletic looking frame, shows good mobility to the ball in  the air and is a very good quick play recognition corner that we like for his downhill play making on the edge as  a good tackler at corner and one of the guys whose future is looking very bright this season coming up. Defensively, he shines in man coverage, as he displays good technique throughout the duration of the play. He is able to cover multiple layers of the field, and does well handling double moves.

✅ ANALYSIS: Good quickness and agility to the  football. Keegan has shown us that he has some of the better looking athletic ability in the St. Louis area among DBs and cover corners down the field, excellent timing on the  ball in the air to be one of those young corners that is hard to complete a pass against and also shows a strong football IQ down the football field. Franklin will be looking to be one of the young impact players in the coming years for state power CBC and with his good speed, lateral agility, change of direction and balance the ceiling on this Missouri '27 corner prospect is a very high one. Defensively, he is good in pass coverage, specializing in man coverage. Good press technique. Very good footwork within the first five yards of the route, then good footwork throughout. In the open field Franklin has been one of the rising gems that has looked like a top tackler, who plays with an aggressive mindset to be able to be a quick to the ball tackler  off the edge as well.

✅  GREATEST STRENGTHS: quickness, one on one open field tackling, footwork,  timing to break up the passing lanes and be a disruptor on routes, speed, agility
